A commission led to travel throughout the Micronesian Islands and to Japan, in order to design and create judicial robes for the judges of the Supreme Court of Micronesia. A story evolved and was told on the pages of the magazine "Glimpses of Guam & Micronesia" (3rd Quarter 1988).
